After 15 years architecting systems for businesses and managing teams from startups to Fortune 500, I've learned one thing: leaders don't fail because they lack vision. They struggle because their internal wiring is running an outdated script.

At 28 I was managing 50 people at Microsoft. Global scope. One of the most complex organisations on the planet. I wasn't caged by it. I was good at it. But I found myself hustling extra hard while navigating a divorce behind the scenes while giving presentations to executives - inner work that needed tending to. After getting awards at Microsoft for my impact there, I felt called to more and did not see a pathway to do so, especially while simultaneously carrying so much personally.

So I made a sovereign decision and left. Not because I burned out. Not because I failed. Because I was ready for something bigger and I decided to obey the call even though I wasn't entirely clear on where I was headed.

I have a dual gift around building structure that feels liberating and also melting the stress of top leaders - because it's only from a place of feeling safe that we can actually change our patterns to access the success and satisfaction you're made for.
